About Injection Lab
Aesthetic & Regenerative Medicine | Dania Pointe, Florida
Injection Lab is a private aesthetic and regenerative medical practice founded by Physician Assistant Kendally Guardia. Built on a background in surgery, orthopedics, and procedural medicine, the practice brings together advanced aesthetic treatments, regenerative therapies, and select medical services under one roof.
Injection Lab was founded on the belief that aesthetic medicine should never lose the medicine behind it.
Looking better and feeling better aren’t competing goals, and neither should come at the expense of sound medical judgment. The practice combines facial aesthetics and biostimulation with treatments addressing tissue health, hair restoration, musculoskeletal concerns, and metabolic health.
The result is a practice that isn’t defined by one product, procedure, or category of treatment, but by the medical expertise behind the services it offers.
Our Mission
To bring medicine back into aesthetics by restoring the distinction between being a patient and being a customer.
At Injection Lab, treatments are medical procedures, not products to be sold. The mission is to provide ethical, intentional care that respects both the science behind a treatment and the person receiving it.
Whether the goal is to refine facial features, restore tissue quality, address joint concerns, or improve body composition, the priority is to recommend what is appropriate, deliver results that make sense, and never confuse doing more with doing better.
Our Philosophy
One Provider. One Patient. One Plan.
Injection Lab is built around a direct relationship between patient and provider. Consultations, treatment decisions, procedures, and follow-up care remain with the medical professional responsible for the treatment.
Aesthetic results should enhance rather than overpower. Facial structure, proportion, movement, and individual features matter more than trends or the amount of product used. The best work often goes unnoticed because the person simply looks like themselves, only refreshed.
That same thinking extends beyond aesthetics. Regenerative treatments and medical optimization are approached with attention to function, tissue health, recovery, and realistic outcomes.
Clinical judgment also means knowing when less is enough, when to choose a different treatment, and when not to intervene.
Patients should feel comfortable wanting to look their best, asking questions, and being excited about their results. They should never have to question whether a recommendation is being made because it’s medically appropriate or because someone is trying to make a sale.

Kendally Guardia, PA-C
Founder & Medical Provider | Injection Lab
Kendally Guardia is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 10 years of experience in surgical and procedural medicine. Her background includes plastic surgery, orthopedics, and other surgical specialties, with much of her career spent working alongside surgeons in the operating room.
Her experience includes surgical first assistance, patient evaluation, treatment planning, procedural care, and the recognition and management of complications. That background has shaped the way she approaches medicine, from understanding anatomy to making informed decisions when a procedure may not be appropriate.
In aesthetic medicine, Kendally brings her surgical experience together with advanced training and hands-on experience in facial balancing, dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and biostimulatory treatments. Her clinical work also includes regenerative therapies, PRP, orthopedic injections, and ultrasound-assisted procedures.
She founded Injection Lab to bring these areas of medicine together while creating a different experience for patients. As the founder and treating provider, she personally evaluates patients, develops their treatment plans, performs procedures, and provides follow-up care.
Her approach isn’t about treating every concern or recommending the most procedures. It’s about understanding what someone wants to improve, identifying what can realistically be accomplished, and recommending treatments that make sense for them.
For Kendally, the most important part of a treatment isn’t the product being used. It’s the judgment behind recommending it.
A Note From the Founder
When I moved into aesthetics, what struck me was how often the conversation skipped straight to the product.
I don’t work that way.
I genuinely love what aesthetic medicine can do for people. Sometimes a small change makes a big difference in how someone feels about their appearance. And sometimes there’s something they’ve wanted to address for years but didn’t know what their options were.
That’s the part I enjoy. Figuring out what’s actually bothering someone, talking through what we can do about it, and getting to see them excited about their results.
But I also know what it’s like when a medical appointment starts to feel like a sales pitch. I never wanted that to be the experience at my practice.
I created Injection Lab so I could practice medicine without that pressure. I want patients to feel comfortable asking questions, discussing what they want to change, or deciding they don’t want to do anything at all.
I’m not here to convince anyone they need something done. I’m here to give them my professional opinion, be straightforward about their options, and help them achieve results they’re genuinely happy with.
I love what I do. I just believe there’s a right way to do it.
